An instance is a collection of related FAQ’s and/or Workflows that your users will see and interact with and a set of management tools that you and other members of your staff or team will use.
What is the Share section in MyMalcolm for / how does it work?
The Share section of MyMalcolm gives you tools to embed and share content from Malcolm! into your existing websites, applications and social spaces. If you don't have a website or you want to group all your Malcolm! content together you can use our Hosted Hub.
What can I change or customise in the Brand Section?
You can change lots of things in this area, plus store and manage different configurations of design, content and layout.
How do I use Malcolm! with my own domain or sub-domain?
You can configure this in the Settings section of MyMalcolm.
How are Related FAQs determined and can I change this?
Related FAQs are auto-generated and by default are FAQs either in the same category or similarly tagged. We take the top 5 most popular from that list.
What are Tags in FAQs?
Tags are a way of describing your content and allow an alternate way for your customers to browse FAQ's aside from search and categories.
