An instance is a collection of related FAQ’s and/or Workflows that your users will see and interact with and a set of management tools that you and other members of your staff or team will use.

When a Workflow is completed will I be sent an email?
All team members will receive an email.
Does the free trial have any restrictions?
The free trial follows the quotas for the Team plan, but we do limit file uploads.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up and create a Malcolm! user account by filling in the registration form.
Can I mix different billing plans across my instances?
Yes. Billing belongs to the instance rather than the user and we currently offer 3 different types of Price Plan.
