Can I reset the visible feedback rating?

You can reset the feedback rating for an item of content to unrated. This can be useful in scenarios where you have substantially changed or revised that item of content and want a "fresh start" for your user ratings.

To reset the rating you'll need to create a new version of the FAQ/Article or Workflow in question. You can do this via the Compose (FAQ/Articles) or Build (Workflows) tab. Then from the new version click on the configure tab and select the Publishing option on the side menu. On the publishing settings screen you'll see an option to reset the feedback on publish.

Note that this action does not delete the historically received feedback data: you can still access and review the old ratings and comments in MyMalcolm.
